Jim Dobinski’s "down to earth" ability to discuss opportunities with Stellar Blue clients helps them to excel in the world of internet and mobile marketing. With a degree in computer information science, Jim specializes in website development. Jim’s extensive web programming and implementation qualifications allow him to take a proactive approach to cross-platform strategies with use of HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design, Java, PHP and other advanced technologies. In addition to development, Jim’s background includes over ten years of corporate marketing and advertising experience. His leadership and management skills inspire his colleagues to provide the best service for Stellar’s clients.

As a member of New North Inc., New North Inc. Branding Committee and the New North Inc. Summit Planning Committee, Jim maintains a local focus as he works within the community. Beyond committee work, Jim has had the privilege of working with the UW Oshkosh College of Business as a repeat guest speaker. His involvement with the university includes working closely with an internet marketing course assisting students with the creation of innovative marketing plans for a local client.

Jim attributes much of his personal success to his mother and father: stating, "mom was the go getter and dad was the entrepreneur." Outside of Stellar Blue, Jim enjoys golfing, biking, computers, and the outdoors.

Dustin White
Technical Director - Co-Founder

Dustin White’s charismatic personality mixed with talented programming skills lends him to be a rare find that helps boost Stellar Blue’s customer service and custom development solutions. He has the ability and skill-set to take an idea and conceptualize it and then build it with the client’s needs in mind.

Attaining three degrees in computer programming: computer science (Lakeland University), PC programming (FVTC) and website development (FVTC), Dustin has extensive background in many programming languages including HTML5, CSS3, Mobile Development, Cross Platform Development, Responsive Design, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, .NET, XML, XSLT and SQL. Dustin’s computer programming allows him to help clients in the areas of database administration, hosting support, website development, custom web applications, and mobile web apps.

As a member of HBBA, a networking group, Dustin shares his programming expertise with others at bi-weekly events. He is also a member of the local YMCA.

In his spare time, Dustin enjoys golfing, bowling, basketball and camping. Feel free to ask him about his travels too - he's journeyed to over 10 countries including Chile and vast parts of Europe.

Amanda Betts
Marketing Director

Amanda Betts, a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh with a journalism degree, pursued emphases in public relations and advertising. Amanda's primary responsibilities for Stellar Blue are to develop and research Search Engine Optimization strategies as well as creative internet and mobile marketing initiatives for its more than 300 clients. Her experience and outgoing personality got her to Stellar Blue where clients appreciate her patience and willingness to learn and teach. 

In addition to advertising and marketing experience, Amanda serves on the Executive Committee for the UW Oshkosh Alumni Board of Directors and is an active Fox Valley TIPs and Mid-Day Women’s Alliance member. She currently serves as a board member for Sales and Marketing Professionals of Northeast Wisconsin and is the organization's webmaster. Amanda is also a frequent guest presenter for local Chambers, UW Oshkosh College of Business and College of Letters and Science, and other like groups. She’s had the privilege of conducting marketing class series at the Stellar Blue Training Studio along with assisting with the curriculum of an internet marketing course at UW Oshkosh.

Amanda is an avid traveler, outdoorswoman and home decorator. She enjoys camping, crafting and getting to know new people!

Greg Waters
Creative Director

Greg Waters' award winning artistic and design skills extend Stellar Blue's creative reach. Greg received a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a graphic design emphasis from UW Oshkosh. His skills in illustration, design, programming, sales, market research, and company branding proved to be a perfect match for the Stellar Blue crew. Greg is proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver. He has an excellent grasp on both the creative and technical sides of web design as well as 15 years+ experience in print design.

Outside the office, Greg Waters is a musical artist as well. His award-winning group, The Cool Waters Band has toured throughout the country for over 15 years. His current group, Greg Waters & The Broad Street Boogie recently won the 2010 WAMI award for Rock Artist of the Year.

Chris Froze
Project Strategist

Chris Froze, a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh with journalism and communications degrees, worked in sales for a few years before getting a computer degree from Fox Valley Technical College in Appleton. For over a decade, he provided support, administration and management for computer environments in the Fox Cities. His has experience with Windows, UNIX and Linux platforms and Cisco and HP networks.

In the summer of 2010, his interest turned to the growing world of social media and the power of online businesses. Gaining knowledge in business management from E-Hub at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College and consulting with members from E-Seed at FVTC, he was an operations manager and social commerce area manager. In these roles, he regularly used SalesForce, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and WordPress.

When Chris is not working with technology, he enjoys traveling, running, biking and watching football and baseball.

Ben Benesh
Lead Mobile/Web Developer

Ben Benesh, a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh with a computer science degree, pursued a software engineering emphasis. Prior to his UWO graduation, Ben obtained an Associate of Arts and Science degree from UW Marinette. His wizardly skills on a computer are backed by his working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Javascript/jQuery, PHP, Ruby, Java, C++, MySQL, Photoshop and Linux server administration.

Ben's main responsibilities for Stellar Blue are to develop mobile websites, mobile applications, and web applications. He is also active as a member of Business Partners in Success and regularly attends the Oshkosh Chamber's sales club meetings.

In his spare time, Ben enjoys learning new programming languages, soccer, tennis and video games. He is also active in amateur radio and is an assistant emergency coordinator of Winnebago County ARES/RACES where he assists with Skywarn storm spotting and event/emergency communications.

Cathy Wunrow

For those of you that had the pleasure of knowing Cathy, you would know that beginning Stellar Blue was such a thrill and a source of happiness for her. Her creativity and eye for detail made her the needed component to push Stellar Blue into creation.

Cathy's extensive knowledge and skills on both PC and Mac platforms gave her the ability to make Stellar Blue shine through creative designs and website applications.

Cathy's passion for all of life's beautiful things made her a dynamic business partner, associate and more importantly, a true friend. Stellar Blue will continue to honor her and her vision for this company.
