Technical Director

Dustin graduated with 3 degrees in Computer Programming including a degree in Computer Science, A degree in PC Programming, and a degree in Website Development. He is continually studying the newest computer technologies that emerge and how they can be useful to website development.

Dustin has 8 years of working experience with website development, database administration, and hosting support. He has extensive knowledge in programming including HTML, Javascript, PHP, CSS,  ASP, XML, XSLT, Microsoft .NET, and SQL.  Working in a variety of database environments has allowed him to be knowledgeable in MySQL, MSSQL, FileMaker Pro, Access, and Oracle. He also has a working knowledge of Dreamweaver, Flash, and Photoshop.

Because of Dustin's extensive education and work experience, he is able to create almost any custom web application you can imagine, allowing Stellar Blue Web Design to make one of a kind products for their customers.

Multimedia Director

Cathy has over 14 years of on-the-job marketing, advertising and design experience. She holds a bachelor's degree in fine art from the University Of Wisconsin, Green Bay along with a minor in business marketing and a minor in graphic communication.

Cathy also has extensive knowledge and skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Imageready, Flash and Dreamweaver on both PC and Mac platforms. She is also proficient in HTML, Javascript and CSS languages and has a working knowledge of PHP and ActionScript. She continually strives to study the latest in internet marketing and technology.

Her marketing expertise paired with her skills as a designer will create a dynamic design and graphics for your site as well as a corporate identity and marketing materials for your business.

She takes the time to personally meet with each client to discuss the overall design and marketing goals for their website in order to provide them with the best web presence that will achieve results.

Marketing Director

Jim graduated with a degree in Computer Information Science, specializing in web site development. He also holds a certificate in marketing from the American Marketing Association along with over ten years of corporate marketing and advertising experience.

Jim has nine years of extensive web programming, designing and implementation experience including knowledge of HTML, JAVA, PHP, and CSS. His Search Engine Optimization strategies have proven to be one of his main strengths, helping numerous companies and organizations obtain outstanding search engine rankings. He also has a working knowledge of Dreamweaver, Flash, and Photoshop.

Because of his diverse background, Jim possesses the rare combination of being able to understand how to design, develop, and properly market your internet project. His “down to earth” ability to discuss opportunities for Stellar Blue Web Design clients easily helps them understand the sometime complex world of internet marketing.

Jim proudly serves on the NEW North Small Business & Entrepreneurial Executive subcommittee, along with volunteering his time on the steering committee for the Northeast Wisconsin Entrepreneur Networking Day (NEW END). He is an active member of the Downtown Rotary Club of Appleton and is one of the founding members of Fox Valley Tips business to business networking group (TIPS). He also facilitates many of the E-seed events for the Venture Center.

In his spare time, you may find Jim hosting the Saturday morning Biz Talk radio show on WHBY 1150 AM, or possibly conducting internet marketing presentations for the Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce or The Heart of the Valley Chamber Of Commerce.
