How long has your company been in business?

Stellar Blue Web Design formed as an official LLC January 1st, 2006. But we have been in business since the beginning of 2004.

What areas do you serve?

We service clients not only in the Fox Valley and Wisconsin, but nationwide.

Do you build custom designed websites?

Every business is unique and seen as an individual at Stellar Blue. We custom design and build your website according to your companies needs.

Are you able to create a logo for my business?

Yes, we provide custom logo design services as well as the creation of business cards, brochures and letterhead. We maintain consistency in all of your marketing materials.

Do you create just small or medium sites?

We work on small, medium all the way up to large, ecommerce sites. We can accommodate any size

site you require.

Are you capable of creating animation?

Yes, we use flash programming to create animation or interactive modules for your website.

How long will it take to create my site?

A small to medium sized website project averages 30 business days but we can expedite your project more quickly upon request. Larger projects will vary as to the total size of the site and will need to be estimated upon review of the project.

What are your payment terms?

A deposit of 50% of the project estimate is due upon signing the proposal, the remaining 50% is due before the release of your website.

Once I pay for my website, are there any other hidden fees?

No, you only have to pay for requested website maintenance if needed.

Can I make updates to my website myself after it is completed?

We offer a content management module that provides you the ability to make changes to your website through a web browser. Or, we offer a maintenance package if you prefer to have us maintain your website.

Do you provide web hosting and domain name registration?

Yes, we provide state-of-the-art, secure web hosting utilizing the latest in programming technologies. We also provide domain name registration and can even transfer your domain if you have an existing one.

Do I have to host with you?

No, as long as we have access to your host provider, you do not have to host with us.

Can I keep my existing website address if I host with you?

Yes, we can help you transfer your existing domain name or register a new one for you.

Do you provide search engine optimization?

Yes, we offer a search engine optimization package that will help get your website found through search engines.

Can I keep track of traffic on my website?

With our site statistics package you can access valuable data that will help you continually improve your website.
