50% of the total project cost is due upon the approval of the proposal. Remaining 50% of the total project cost is due upon the completion of the updates outlined in the proposal. The agreement becomes effective only when signed by Stellar Blue Web Design. Regardless of the place of signing of this agreement, the client agrees that for purposes of venue, this contract was entered into in Winnebago County, Wisconsin, and any dispute will be litigated or arbitrated in Winnebago County, Wisconsin. Prompt payment is greatly appreciated. If the client halts work and applies by registered letter for a refund within 14 days, to Stellar Blue Web Design, W4707 Nicklaus Ct. Sherwood, WI 54169, phone (920) 905-0250, work completed shall be billed at the hourly rate stated in the proposal, and deducted from the initial payment, the balance of which shall be returned to the client. If, at the time of the request for refund, work has been completed beyond the amount covered by the initial payment, the client shall be liable to pay for all work completed at the hourly rate stated in the proposal. Our Normal hourly rate is set at $75 per hour. No portion of this initial payment will be refunded unless written application is made within 30 days of signing the contract.
